Impact Windows

When it comes to impact windows, there are a few different types to choose from. Hung single windows are a popular choice for many homeowners, as they are easy to open and close. Casement windows are another option, and they can be opened from either the left or right side. Sliding windows are also an option, and they can be opened from either the top or bottom. Picture windows are a good choice for those who want a clear view of the outside, but they don’t provide much ventilation. No matter which type of impact window you choose, you can rest assured that your home will be better protected from storms.

Types of Impact Windows We Install:

Horizontal Roller

Our horizontal windows offer a two panel and three panel design with double weatherstripping and an overlapped sash. These will allow you to save space while stylishly furnishing your home or business and ensuring that your window is functional for years to come. The tracks that are built into the top and bottom of the window frame enable you to open and close the window horizontally.

The horizontal roller window allows for a much wider vertical view and the best airflow possible. It also offers removable panel features for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Single-Hung

Single-hung windows remain the most conventional type of window, with a single sliding window. They are constructed with commercial-grade aluminum frames and stainless-steel fasteners with multiple points of weather stripping to prevent moisture from entering the home.

Single-hung windows are also water resistant and airtight to reduce the risks of leakage. With built-in design features, matching sightlines at the top and bottom, they can help your house stay aesthetically pleasing for years to come. We offer a variety of Low E windows that are optimized for energy efficiency, and maximize on thermal performance and visual light transmission. Best of all, our hurricane windows meet the Florida code requirements for homes in coastal and high-wind areas.

Fixed Picture

Fixed windows provide lots of natural light and expansive views. You can simply select a frame style to match the design of your siding to create a more contemporary look.

Fixed windows come in two different options. One being energy efficient with Argon gas and high performance Low E thermal enhancements while the other is silicone sealed to block out any leaks while keeping all of the air inside.

Casement

Casement windows are hinged on the right or left-hand side and open with a turning handle. They have a locking system with several points for security as well as an optional cleanable hinge.

Casement impact windows have a pair of stainless steel hidden hinges that keep water or air out of your home. These hurricane casement windows have simple, clean lines and an attractive appearance that suits any home wonderfully.

Benefits of Installing Impact Windows:

Most homeowners are familiar with the benefits of impact windows: they help to protect your home from storms, reduce noise pollution, and even deter burglars. However, you may not be aware of some of the other benefits of these windows. For example, impact windows can help to increase the value of your home. In addition, they provide an extra layer of protection against UV rays, making them ideal for homes in sunny climates. And because they don’t allow insects or birds inside, they can help keep your home clean and clutter-free. Whether you’re looking for increased security or lower energy bills, impact windows are a wise investment for any homeowner.
